Look, it's the only guy who played hard in the Pro Bowl...
Jon and Prince perform the three most noble tasks a sports fan can possibly perform; condemning the Pro Bowl, making fun of ESPN, and trying to fix college athletics.
I like your idea, but I think I'm even a bit more jaded about the state of just...things in general...I could totally see the internship thing working, but even though what you described would be 100% legal, I think there would still be issues with other sports not being compensated. Even though the boosters are a separate entity, I think [namely the womens' teams] would be up in arms about not being paid equally. Legally, they wouldn't have a leg to stand on, but from a PR standpoint, I just can't see any group standing up to the disaster that would ensue. I don't know...maybe I'm just a debbie downer.
You didn't even begin to rip this 2015 RBs list! Just consider this: what is the CURRENT list of "top RBs" in the NFL? Is it not the top performers from the 2011 season? There hasn't been a 2012 season yet. When we talk about the top 10 RBs in 2015, aren't we talking about the top 10 rushers in the 2015 season? So, we actually need to have the 2012, 2013, and 2014 seasons happen... and THEN, these 10 RBs would have to be top performers in 2015. So we're actually talking about FOUR seasons from now!!! ESPN can't even figure out how to count anymore. That's how bad it's gotten.
