Nope, no stats to add regarding the 49ers' red zone offense. It's been bad, needs desperately to improve. Ironically, this was the one area where I felt they started the season well, then it's gotten dramatically worse over time (whereas they've made drastic strides in most other phases of the game). Still, as difficult as it was to watch Smith throw a pick in the endzone, it's always reassuring to hear that stat: "Alex Smith throws just the second redzone interception of his career." Also, we shouldn't overanalyze any facet of the 49ers' offense whenever Chilo Rachal is on the field.
